SumiKart, operated by Sumi Ventures, ships orders to serviceable locations within India through logistics and delivery partners.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 working days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during exceptional circumstances may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time

Our normal shipping/dispatch processing time is approximately 2 working days. Actual delivery time depends on the delivery location, courier availability, product availability, weather, public holidays, transportation delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Any delivery date shown during checkout is an estimate.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before an order is placed. Charges may vary based on delivery location, order value, product weight and applicable offers.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive tracking information through email, SMS, WhatsApp or their SumiKart account. You can also monitor updates via our Track Order page.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. SumiKart may not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order is significantly delayed or appears lost, customers should contact SumiKart customer support. SumiKart will coordinate with the delivery partner and take appropriate action. If a package is visibly damaged at delivery, customers should document the condition and contact SumiKart as soon as possible.
